To check your balance through SMS, send a message in the format “EPFOHO UAN” to 7738299899. You will receive your latest PF balance details in a reply. The service is available in several languages, so you can add the first three letters of your preferred language after your UAN in the message. For example, send “EPFOHO UAN ENG” for English or “EPFOHO UAN HIN” for Hindi.

If you prefer the missed call service, just give a missed call to 9966044425 from your registered mobile number. You will get an SMS with your PF balance and other details within a few seconds.
