Can I withdraw my SIP once and re-invest again the lump sum amount in the same SIP?

Yes of course you can, but why would you want to do it? Mutual funds maintain all your units under various funds in folios. The folio doesn’t really care whether you invested lumpsum or via an SIP.

If your intent is to reset your Long Term Capital Gains accrual, then rest assured that the grand fathering law helps you. Gains after 31-Jan-2018 are only taxed under LTCG, that too after a one lakh exemption.
