One option is to redeem from a Kotak Mutual Fund branch or visit the nearest CAMS office and do it.
You can also do it online quickly by signing up at Jama.co.in and adding or importing the folio details (which you wish to redeem). You can also switch the funds to direct if you wish to.
As you may know, investing in direct plans fetches better returns.
