Yes, you can easily redeem all units in any mutual fund that is open ended.
Some funds are close ended (usually having the word ‘Series’ in their name) and you can redeem only after the maturity date. SBI Blue chip is not one of them.
You can also consider switching any regular plan funds to direct plan funds, thereby saving upto 1.5% in commission.
