A low price alone proves nothing. A bargain is a good business selling cheap for temporary reasons. A value trap is a weakening business that keeps looking cheap as profits shrink. Ask whether the problem is cyclical, like slow client spending, or structural, like artificial intelligence changing how work gets billed.<\/p>\n
Check three things before buying. See if revenue and profit are still growing, whether debt is manageable, and if the company holds its position against rivals.
